The crew data, which you will register, are serving for
- the border controls in the next port of call. They will receive for each single leg a set of pdf-files after the fleet has left the prior port for a most uncomplicated and fast check-in in the next port
- the MRCCs (Maritime Rescue Coordination Center) for the hopefully most unlikely case of rescue
- the local organizers and mainly for ourselves to organize all parties in a common-sense way.
- We can ensure that all sensitive data will be handled carefully and that we will only forward these kind of data to those who are authorized.
- If you need any assistance or explanation for the crew register please do not hesitate to call us. Please be aware that a normal ID-Card is enough for the Baltic states, but a passport is always better when coming from sea. But please be aware that this may differ if someone of your crew is from a NON-EU-country.
- All crew members have to register accurate until 30th June registered. Please avoid late entries.
